When can I get one?
Our first U.S. shipment has arrived in Missouri. Our Christmas trees are in stock and orders normally dispatch within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for transit depending on destination. This is our first U.S. shipment, 338 trees in total. One shipment this season. When a size sells out, it's gone until next year.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping: All 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Oversize shipping — $249: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, eligible U.S. territories, U.S.-associated destinations, and military addresses, where delivery service is available at checkout. We do not offer general international shipping or delivery to PO boxes. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you deliver in Kansas City?
Yes. Eligible Kansas City metro customers receive free local delivery, and we carry the tree to your door. Cash on delivery is accepted for eligible Kansas City local orders. Local delivery options are shown at checkout for qualifying addresses. If you would like to pay cash and do not see that option at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Can you set the tree up for me?
In Kansas City, yes. Add In-Home Setup ($85) to your order. We carry the tree in, assemble it on the stand, shape every branch by hand and leave the box folded flat for storage. It takes about 30–45 minutes and happens at delivery, so there's no second visit. Lights and decorating are up to you.
Questions about our PVC-free trees
Do Always Green trees contain any PVC?
No. Our Classic Slim, Ukrainian, Grace and Ukrainian Prime trees are made without PVC. All foliage is molded polyethylene, including the inner branches, and the trunk-wrapping tape is polyethylene too.
What is the trunk wrapping made of?
Polyethylene (PE), not polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Our PVC-free specification includes the wrapping around the trunk, not just the visible needles.
Does 100% PE mean the entire tree is polyethylene?
No. It describes the foliage material. The tree also has structural components, including a metal frame and stand. The trunk-wrapping tape is polyethylene.
Why does PVC-free matter?
Some flexible PVC products contain phthalates, chemicals that help soften plastic. The U.S. EPA explains that phthalates may migrate out of products and that some raise health concerns. Our decision to use PE instead of PVC is a material choice, not a claim of proven health benefits.
What is Always Real™ foliage?

Are they pre-lit?
No. Our trees are sold unlit so you can choose your own lighting.
Where are they made?
In Yurkivka, a village outside Uman, Ukraine, by Gordi Group. Its founder has been building artificial trees since 2002. Always Green is Gordi Group's official U.S. partner. Read more on our Our Story page.
How hard is it to put up?
Not hard. Stack the sections on the stand, slip the ties, and each row of branches drops into place. There are no branches to hook on and no bag of loose limbs, and it folds back the same way for storage. Trees come in 3 or 4 sections depending on height.
How big are the boxes?
Trees ship one per carton. Boxes run from roughly 10 × 10 × 47 inches to 16 × 16 × 51 inches and weigh between 34 and 74 lb, depending on the model. Please arrange for someone to receive the delivery. For eligible local Kansas City orders, we carry the tree to your door.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Your tree is covered for five years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, as long as it is used normally, indoors, in a home. It does not cover outdoor use, commercial or display use, damage from misuse, or normal wear.
Who honors the warranty?
We do. ALWAYS GREEN TREE LLC is a Missouri company, and warranty replacements are handled by our Missouri team once inventory is available. You deal with us directly, not with a factory overseas.
Can I see one in person?
In the Kansas City area, yes. Email us and we'll arrange it. We can also send a cut branch sample so you can judge the material in your hand before you buy.
What is your return and warranty policy?
