When can I get one?

Trees are available October 16. This is our first U.S. shipment, 338 trees in total, and no additional shipment is planned for the 2026 season.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every tree to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. The cost is already in the price, so nothing is added at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories are quoted separately because our cartons travel by air.

Do you deliver in Kansas City?

Yes, and we do it ourselves. If your address is in our Kansas City service area we deliver in person, free of charge, and carry the tree to your door rather than leaving a 60 lb box on the porch. Final delivery zones are announced before the first shipment arrives.

Are the trees 100% PE?

Yes. Every tree we sell is molded PE throughout, with no PVC filler.

Are they pre-lit?

No. Our trees are sold unlit so you can choose your own lighting.

Where are they made?

Made by our family in our own workshop in Uman, Ukraine, where we've built trees for European homes since 2002.

How hard is it to put up?

Not hard. Stack the sections on the stand, slip the ties, and each row of branches drops into place. There are no branches to hook on and no bag of loose limbs, and it folds back the same way for storage. Trees come in 3 or 4 sections depending on height.

How big are the boxes?

Trees ship one per carton. Boxes run from roughly 12 x 12 x 47 inches up to 18 x 18 x 51 inches and weigh between 25 and 73 lb depending on the model, so please arrange for someone to receive the delivery. In Kansas City we carry it in for you.

Who honours the 2-year warranty?

We do. ALWAYS GREEN TREE LLC is a Missouri company, and warranty replacements ship from our Kansas City stock. You deal with us directly, not with a factory overseas.

Can I see one in person?

In the Kansas City area, yes. Email us and we'll arrange it. We can also send a cut branch sample so you can judge the material in your hand before you buy.
