Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in Lee's Summit, Missouri, in the Kansas City metro.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every tree to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US territories and military addresses, our cartons are oversized, so a flat oversize freight rate applies at checkout. Email us before ordering and we will quote your exact address.

We do not ship outside the United States. We cannot deliver to PO boxes, because our cartons exceed USPS size and weight limits.

Dispatch and transit

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Allow a further 3 to 7 business days in transit, depending on your distance from Kansas City.

Our trees arrive from Ukraine once a year. If you order before a shipment has landed, the product page shows the week we expect to begin dispatching. You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Local delivery in the Kansas City metro

If your address falls inside our delivery area we deliver in person, free of charge, and carry the tree to your door. Local delivery appears as an option at checkout when your address qualifies.

Cartons

Trees ship one per carton. Cartons run from roughly 10 x 10 x 47 inches to 16 x 16 x 51 inches and weigh between 34 and 74 lb, so please arrange for someone to receive the delivery.

Tracking, damage and lost parcels

You receive tracking by email on the day the label is created. Please inspect the carton on arrival. If it is damaged, note it with the driver where possible and email photos to us within 7 days. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace it or refund you in full.
