Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed on this store and shipped or delivered by ALWAYS GREEN TREE LLC. Wholesale and dropship orders are governed by the terms agreed when your trade account was opened.

Returns within 30 days

You may return a tree within 30 days of delivery. The tree must be unused, complete, and packed in its original carton.

Trees ship one per carton and several of our cartons are oversized, so return freight is expensive. For a change of mind return you arrange and pay the return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once the tree reaches us in resalable condition we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.

Faulty or damaged trees

If a tree arrives damaged, or a defect in materials or workmanship appears within two years of delivery, we cover it. We replace the tree or the affected section at no cost to you and we pay the freight both ways.

Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery. Email photos of the carton and the tree to alwaysgreentreecompany@gmail.com. Keep the carton until the claim is settled, as the carrier may need to inspect it.

Orders placed before stock arrives

Our trees arrive from Ukraine once a year. If you order before a shipment has landed, you may cancel at any time before your tree is dispatched and we will refund you in full.

How to start a return

Email alwaysgreentreecompany@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send a tree back before contacting us.
